It was nice ce to come back to a lovely clean and pleasant room after a day in the city. Toilet was in a very cramped space in the bathroom. Staff were very nice.

Perfect location for my event in town. A bit noisy in the evening it was furniture moving for a long time that effected my sleep in a neagtive way

Extremely thin walls- we could hear every little cough from neighbors and loud thumps from I think elevator during the nights we were on 1st floor also big red stain in the middle of the floor was disgusting and the zink in the bathroom was cracked all over

Everything was good, from hotel’s location, staff and room. About breakfast I can’t decide because we didn’t trying that.

Nous ne connaissions pas cet hôtel et ce fût une belle découverte. Personnel très accueillant, très compétent. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et superbement bon. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes pour cet excellent séjour.

Tv channels is limited, there is no sports channels to watch live matches, no Arabic channels

A l arrivé hôtel jolie, accueil bien, chambre sympa dommage que pour un 4 étoile dans le frigo bar juste une bouteille d'eau,la chambre le premier jour propre,le lendemain les verres pa changer l aspirateur pas passé la poubelle pas de sac poubelle, petit problème avec la carte pour entrer dans la chambre je redescends à l accueil pour savoir ce qui se passe la ça a bien fait rire la dame a l accueil moi un peut moins.aussi plus de petits produits dans la salle de bain je pense que pour une chambre a plus de 350€ la nuitée se sont des petits gestes important dommage

Overall excellent, people in reception, door men and people in the breakfast were professionals, very helpful and polite. The reason of my 8 in breakfast is that the croissant for which France has a reputation for could be better and that I wanted to order oatmeal but the person that came for the order didn’t know what it was ,

Thank you for the great experience. The room was very beautiful with an amazing view and the staff at the reception was very friendly and professional. Only two pain points for our staying were: the shower cabin which was not working and could not stay still; the room service which, while cleaning the room, balled up my suit trousers which I left hanging and by doing so they almost ruin them.

The sauna need to be book- so it need to be hot and working when I go to the sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was not hot and working

Need to increase the security like to use card to open the lift

Everything is good except there’s no chest with drawers which is unacceptable. The towels are too thin.

We booked the junior suite but didn’t get what was described in the pictures. We had a long flight and didn’t bother asking because it was hard to even get a do not disturb sign

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'accueil de la réception était très bon. Notamment avec Gloria. Je souhaite faire une mention spéciale à Yvan au petit déjeuner. Il a été extrêmement serviable, chaleureux et nous n'oublierons pas son hospitalité et son professionalisme. Merci à tout le monde à l'hotel. Nous reviendrons!

We stayed 5 nights in your hotel, every morning at 9 am we left on the door a sign asking for cleaning the room. In the last two nights we arrived back in the hotel at 5pm and found out that the room was not cleaning! We were waiting two times one hour in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready!!

The room was lovely! Big and very comfortable. I was not 100% happy with my experience with housekeeping & maintenance. I had trouble with the pull-out bed and toilet. When I called (twice) to say there was no bedding to make the bed, an employee dropped off just 2 flat sheets, practically threw them at me like I had the plague (I was masked when I opened the door). Additionally, I told the man who dropped off the sheet that my toilet was not flushing, he responded that was not his department, and ran off.

It was wonderful stay but i hope to take care of carpet cleanence. Hope to see you soon.

Emplacement parfait, près des lignes de métro. Personnel au petit soin. Agréable séjour entre amis. Petite déception pour le spa, nous pensions trouver un jacuzzi ou piscine.

Je suis arrivée a 14h30 dans la chambre je constate qu'il n'y pas de lit individuelle mais le monsieur qui monte les bagages certifie qu 'a notre retour la chambre sera changé et bien sur rien n'a été fait j appelle la réception a 1h du matin il me dit qu' il va faire quelque chose et 30 minutes plus tard toujours rien donc j'appelle la réception il me répond qu'il n 'a pas de personnelle autre incident en entrant dans votre hotel un homme assit sur un fauteuil en face la réception se lève au meme moment et nous suit jusqu'à l'ascenseur je retourne a la réception pour dire au monsieur se qu'il se passe il me répond c'est un client il fait se qu'il veut dans les couloirs sachant que sur la gauche il avait des toilettes il est descendu et n'est jamais remonté
